At Jelita Wardrobe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Sale items and innerwear are generally non-returnable.

  Submit Request

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization form.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items with the completed form and ship them to our central warehouse using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item and issue your exchange or store credit within 5-7 business days.
